Just in Time for Xmas

Happy Season o’ the Yule …

Another epic fail reached in maintaining a blaring online presence …

Fire season was a dud and the quest for employment way back in September frantic and stressful. But employment was found and with it a tentative return to the crafting of END OF DAYS. I say tentative because, while I’m very satisfied with what I’ve written up to this point, the rest of the story has eluded me for weeks. I’ve tried outlining, semi-crowdsourcing ideas, and considered complete revision. The whole process is falling in line with what other authors have already stated about completing their second novels. In short, it’s not easy and never will be. And I don’t want to fall into the GRRM-esque trap of making my sequels so convoluted I never get around to finishing them …

And hey!! Christmas is only seven days away!! I know, I know … You’ve been going bananas, trying to decide on the PERFECT gift for that special historical fiction reader in your life (or the one on your sig-o’s life, or that crazy uncle, or old friend you suddenly reconnected with on The Book of Face).

Well, cease they yammering and hit the Interwebs to pick up a freshly minted copy of VENDETTA. And what do you know! It’s available on Audible and iTunes, as well!!

And I’ve been promising an excerpt from END OF DAYS since, like, July. Fortunately, only three or so people read this blog and they don’t get particularly agitated when I forget something. Except coming soon!
